To keep things fair for both our clients and our hardworking stylists, we require a deposit to secure the booking for certain services. This helps minimize last-minute cancellations and ensures we can accommodate as many clients as possible.
Why We Take Deposits
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows affect both our stylists’ income and other clients who may have wanted that time slot. Your deposit confirms your commitment to your appointment and allows us to plan accordingly.
How It Works
20% deposit is required for bookings over $200.
Your appointment is officially confirmed once we receive your deposit.
Your deposit will be credited against your total service.
Are Deposits Refundable?
Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where we have to cancel your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours or don’t show up, your deposit will be forfeited.
Using a Gift Voucher? 🎁
If your booking is made using a gift voucher:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of your voucher value will be deducted as a late cancellation fee.
If you give at least 24 hours’ notice, your voucher will remain valid for future use.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life happens, so we offer flexibility when possible:
Rescheduling? Give us at least 24 hours notice, and your deposit can be transferred to a future booking within a 2 months timeframe.
Cancelling? Your deposit will be forfeited, as we may not have enough time to rebook your slot.
If we (KMP) need to cancel your appointment, we will refund your deposit in full or transfer it to a new booking.
No-Shows & Repeat Cancellations
If you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up, your deposit is non-refundable.
Multiple last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Emergencies & Special Circumstances
We get it—sometimes things happen that are beyond your control. If you have an emergency, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to work something out.
